AURA Drive Ai is a mobile application developed to assist with driving. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when you use AURA Drive Ai, the purposes for which such data is used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices regarding your data.

• Instant location/address information requested by the voice assistant
• Nexus addresses saved by the user
• Vehicle location saved as part of the parking reminder feature
c. Voice and Voice Command Data
• Voice command inputs received through the microphone
• Text generated as a result of speech recognition
• Command content created during voice assistant usage
d. Contacts / People Data
• Contact information in the address book, only when explicitly requested by the user for searching contacts and initiating calls
e. Driving and Device Data
• Driving analysis data such as speed, acceleration, sudden braking, harsh acceleration, turning behavior, weaving, and similar driving signals
• Motion data obtained from device sensors
• Compass and direction information
• Technical data required to create Drive DNA and driving score features
f. User Content
• LLM / artificial intelligence questions
• Saved address names
• User inputs created through voice commands
• Certain in-app preferences and settings
03. How We Use Data
AURA Drive Ai may use personal data for the following purposes:
• To create and manage user accounts
• To display and update user profiles
• To operate voice assistant features
• To process nearby places, weather, news, or route requests
• To open third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Search, and YouTube based on user commands
• To display your current location
• To save your location to Nexus addresses
• To save the parked vehicle’s location and provide the “Find My Car” feature
• To find people from the address book and prepare calling flows
• To calculate Drive DNA, driving score, and driving behavior analyses
• To protect the security, integrity, and functionality of the service
• To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
4. Artificial Intelligence and Voice Assistant Features
Some commands in AURA Drive Ai may be processed using in-app logic or device capabilities. For more open-ended questions and LLM-based responses, user inputs may be processed through the Google Gemini API. In order to understand voice commands, the device operating system or related speech recognition services may convert voice input into text. When an LLM is required, the command text or related content may be transmitted to third-party providers for the purpose of generating an AI response. AI-generated responses within AURA Drive Ai may not always be perfect, complete, or error-free. Users should use the application in a way that does not distract them, especially with regard to driving safety.
5. Contact Access
AURA Drive Ai may request access to contacts only when the user explicitly wants to search for a person or start a call. Contact data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes. Contact access is limited to features that the user explicitly initiates.
6. Use of Location Data
AURA Drive Ai may use location data during app usage for the following purposes:
• to display your current location
• to perform address resolution
• to find nearby places
• to initiate route creation flows
• to save parking location
• to provide compass guidance to a saved parking location
• to support driving features and driving analysis modules
Saved Nexus addresses and parking locations may be retained until you delete them, modify them, or close your account.
7. Driving Analysis and Drive DNA
AURA Drive Ai may analyze certain sensor and motion data obtained during driving in order to evaluate driving behavior. These analyses may include the evaluation of harsh braking, harsh acceleration, turning behavior, weaving, and similar driving signals.
This data may be processed in order to generate features such as driving score, trip summary, and Drive DNA.
8. Data Sharing
AURA Drive Ai may share your data with the following parties:
a. Service Providers
AURA may use the following types of third-party services in order to provide the service:
• identity verification and user account management providers
• cloud database and infrastructure providers
• speech recognition and text processing services
• artificial intelligence / LLM service providers
• map, search, and media redirection services
b. Third-Party Services
Depending on the user’s command, AURA may open:
• Google Maps
• Yandex Maps
• Google Search
• YouTube
• phone call interface
or similar third-party applications or services. When those services are opened, the relevant third party’s own privacy policy will apply.
c. Legal Reasons
Data may be disclosed when required by applicable law, official authority requests, court orders, or legitimate legal processes.
9. Data Sale and Advertising
AURA Drive Ai does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for monetary consideration. The core functions of AURA Drive Ai do not rely on the sale of user data for advertising profiling or commercial trading.
10. Data Retention Period
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The retention period may vary depending on whether your account remains active, the nature of the feature, technical requirements, security needs, and legal obligations.

• account and profile data may be retained while the account remains active
• Nexus addresses may be retained until you delete them
• parking locations may be retained until you remove them or replace them with a new record
• driving analysis and driving score data may be retained for as long as needed to provide the relevant features
• AI queries and related content may be processed for reasonable periods to provide the service and maintain security
11. Data Security
AURA Drive Ai implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure.
12. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Users of AURA Drive Ai may request deletion of their accounts. When an account deletion request is received, data associated with that account will be deleted, anonymized, or retained until the end of the applicable retention period, in accordance with applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

13. Children’s Privacy
